Delivery and return conditions
Order and delivery of products

Any order will be delivered within the available stock, provided that it has been confirmed by the seller by written notice (email) or telephone.
The order processing time is 1-15 working days. The delivery time of the products is between 1 and 15 working days from the end of the order processing (delivery to the courier). On non-working days and public holidays, no processing or delivery of orders is made.

Usually, orders placed on working days before 14:00, we will try to process them on the same day, and those placed after this time, will be processed on the next working day and will be delivered according to the specified delivery time.

During busy promotion periods, order processing can take up to 25 business days.

According to the laws in force, the order placed on this site is considered a contract between the buyer and the seller, each party
must fulfill its duties. This means that the seller undertakes to deliver the ordered products and services, and the buyer undertakes to pay the
value of the order.

The delivery of the products is ensured by a courier company with which a delivery contract has been previously concluded.
The buyer is not allowed to open the package only after the receipt documents have been signed and its value has been paid.

Transport tax:

25 lei for orders under 1000 lei
Free for orders equal to or greater than 1000 lei
If the package is severely damaged upon receipt, we recommend that the buyer refuse the package and contact the seller. Subsequent
complaints in this regard will be null and void.

For shipping or delivery deadlines that cannot be met, the seller will notify the buyer to communicate the estimated time for completion of
delivery. If the new delivery time is not accepted by the buyer, the order will be canceled.

Due to information incorrectly or incompletely provided by the buyer, the seller does not guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines. In
some cases the order may be canceled by the seller.

The seller has the right to refuse suspicious orders (very large number of products ordered or repeat orders returned).

If the delivery time cannot be met, a new estimated delivery time will be communicated. If the new term is not accepted, the order can be
canceled.

If the delivery information is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot guarantee compliance with the delivery deadline. If in 24 hours you fail
to correct the information we will be able to cancel the order.

Return policy

According to Ordinance no. 34/2014, regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, the products are returned within 14 calendar days, from the receipt of the package. In the situation mentioned above, the customer has the right to return any product within 14 calendar days of receipt and may request a refund, exchange with another product or a refund in the form of a voucher. In these cases, the cash value returned, the replaced product or the return of the value in the form of a voucher, refers strictly to the cost of the products, excluding shipping
fees.

The customer pays for the transport related to the returned product or the product sent for replacement.
If you opt for:
• Replacement with another product, it will be shipped as soon as possible and you will be contacted to communicate the status of the
new delivery.
• Reimbursement of the value of the product, this will be done within 1-7 days from the receipt of the returned products.
• Return of the equivalent value in the form of a voucher, which you can use in a future order, this will be done within a maximum of 5 days
from the receipt of the package with the returned products.
On return, only products that respect exactly the form in which they were delivered are accepted, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Not allowed on return:
• Products that have been sold.
• Products that have been tested or used.
• Products that do not have labels intact, have broken or erased seals.
• Products with damaged packaging in any way.
If the returned product is damaged, has clear signs of use and does not allow us to re-sell it, we reserve the right to refuse the product. These
measures are specific to cosmetic products as their shelf life is calculated starting with the first opening of the package, and with their use / testing there is a risk of transmitting viruses by transferring the product to another person.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS

• Pack the product properly so that it is protected from shocks that may occur during transport. Products that return incorrectly due to defective
packaging will not be able to benefit from the return guarantee.
Send the package to: Brow Haus Str. Eugne Tanta nr14, Constanta,through any express courier service. Parcels with cash on delivery are
not accepted on return.

After receiving the package, you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Relations department who will take care of the return of your
product.
If the product (s) do not exactly comply with the conditions mentioned above, our company reserves the right not to accept the return of the
products. The value of round-trip transport falls on the customer.
